The challenge
Flight schools and flying clubs run on paper and disconnected spreadsheets: scheduling conflicts, manual dispatch checks, hand-typed logbooks, chased payments, and EASA compliance records scattered across binders.
What we built
We built a platform that runs the whole operation: conflict-free scheduling, one-minute dispatch with integrated W&B, weather and NOTAM checks, logbooks auto-filled from Hobbs and Tach times, unified billing with prepaid wallets and Stripe, and full EASA Part-CAO airworthiness management - plus an AI assistant trained on the EASA regulatory library.
